About us
Formed in 1991 with original members Garry Cullinane and Kieran Quinn maintaining the tradition. From the first sing song in a Dallas apartment to their first of many gigs in The Tipperary Inn (Lower Greenville and the 2nd location at Skillman and Live Oak) to more recent years where the duo has performed in Gillespie’s Irish Tavern, Lochlands, The Dubliner and The Irishman.
Garry and Kieran continue to add newer songs to their set list and open to learning recommendations from the audience for future events. They always provide a very enjoyable evening’s entertainment and well worth checking out.
Bios
Garry learned the guitar from his father along with a love for ballads and singalong songs that fill a room. With roots tracing back to Mullingar, Ireland and resident in Dallas since 1990 — that connection runs through every set, from the old rebel songs to the classics everyone knows the words to. When the harmonies land and the room joins in on the chorus, that’s the whole point.
Kieran Quinn is a lifelong music enthusiast with deep roots in both Ireland and the United States. Originally from Magherafelt, Northern Ireland and now based in Texas. Kieran is from a large musical family, and he brings a passion for great songwriters, live performance, and the stories behind the music. His broad musical interests span folk, country, Americana, and Irish traditions, reflecting a love of artists whose songs connect generations. Through music he shares memories and discoveries that celebrate the power of music to bring people together.
